Youth Taekwondo

Keeping kids active and putting their high levels of energy to good use is a very important step in paving the way to a healthier and stronger future for your children.

Students attend two (2) classes per week. In these classes, students learn:

  • TKD poomsaes (forms)

  • Core principles of TKD

  • Basic Korean commands & counting

  • Teamwork & competition training

  • Respect Bow

  • Agility & Strength Training

  • Flexibility & Stretching Techniques

  • Meditation
